Dr Suchitra V Bindoria is a public health leader, strategist and an innovator, with over 20 years of experience in conceptualizing and leading large-scale public health programs. A trained gynaecologist, she is a keen public health professional with rich experience in symbiotic partnerships and optimal utilization of resources.
She has initiated and led to success multiple large-scale health programs, in the domains of Maternal and Child health, Nutrition, Quality of care / Accreditation programs, NCDs, HIV/AIDS, TB, and Polio Eradication programs in rural and urban India, and has worked with various national and International organizations, including WHO, FHI 360, JHPIEGO and Reliance Foundation.
Shikha Rajagopal Rudraraju

Versatile healthcare management professional with experience as Healthcare Business Manager and Developer, Shikha heads Marketing and Facility Operations at IMMAST. In her career spanning two decades, she has been singled out as a hardworking individual and an outstanding achiever in some of the leading healthcare organizations of the country. Having been operations & healthcare quality strongman for a decade, before moving into Marketing and Strategy, Shikha has executed roles that involved Strategy Formulation, Planning, Construction & Start-up, Operations, Marketing, Re-engineering, Quality & Continuous Improvement, and Lean Resource Utilization.
Dr. Nikhil Patel
Lead, Technical
Dr Nikhil Patel is Lead-Technical at IMMAST where he coordinates, leads the team, trains, and helps in developing courses and models in Minimal Access Surgery. Dr Nikhil received his M.B.B.S from Rural Medical College, Loni (MUHS, Nashik). In his career, he has had the privilege to work with the various NGO in the field of healthcare. He accepted a tenure position at Reliance Foundation-Health Outreach Program as Medical officer and was promoted to Clinical Coordinator. His hard work and dedication eventually promoted him to becoming Program Manager at Sir H.N Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. In addition to efficient management, Dr. Nikhil is known for capacity building, trainings and development, with his core strength being planning and execution of structured learning courses, at IMMAST.
Dr. Nikunj Fofani
Senior Manager, Quality & Strategy
With excellent experience in public health programs, Dr. Nikunj Fofani leads the quality & strategy vertical at IMMAST. He is a Medical graduate with a post-graduation in community medicine. He has an experience of more than 10 years of working with various NGOs and had expertise in managing, quality monitoring, evaluating and leading public health programs.
He has led multiple public health programs such as Mobile Health Centre, Health Outreach Program, TB Control programs for renowned NGOs like Reliance Foundation, Americares India Foundation and SHARE INDIA.
